If you are an agent or broker you most likely get asked if you lease or manage properties. If your answer is no, then of course, the next question is if you could refer them to anyone.

Well, we would certainly appreciate the referral and in doing so we will gladly pay you a $250 referral fee at the completion of the rental transaction with the client you referred.
